Do the Chargers need replacing or have a life span?
Yes, they are under warranty for the first 400 hours of usage. It is common for a charger to last up to 500 hours of usage.
Is there a Warranty on the Charging Station?
Yes, there is a 2-year full replacement warranty on the Charging Station. This does not include the Chargers.
What is if a Charger is stolen or not returned?
This is not the problem of the store owner. The end user is charged after 24 hours of not returning the Charger and a replacement is sent out to the store owner soon after.
If I see that a 12 Charger Station isn’t big enough, can I upgrade?
Yes, of course. The cost will only be the difference in price. There is NO loss or restocking fee.
How do I make sure it remains clean?
Alcohol wipes are a good source to clean these in the event something sticky is on the Charger. Be sure to keep clear of the metal charge points. We recommend keeping some wipes near the machine in case someone asks.
How much does the App cost?
There is no cost for the App.
How do I know how much my Charging Station was used?
We send you monthly reports via email showing you the revenue your machine generated.
What is the Charger compatible with?
The Charger has three (3) cables, IOS (Iphone), Android and Type-C.
How do we get paid?
You will get checks or direct payments sent out quarterly with a detailed summary of usage.
Is there a cost to having a company name in the App?
No, we use Google Maps view to show your location. Our App determines the closest locations for the end user and the list is in order of distance.
How much power does the Charging Station use?
This varies per location and how much usage there is on the Chargers. The more charging needed, the greater the power used. This said, the power used is no greater than two computers working all day.
Are there any other costs?
No, now all that happens is you get paid.
